Pursuant to Executive Orders Initial Recissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions and Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing, and implementing guidance from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (“Initial Guidance Regarding DEIA Executive Orders”, January 21, 2025), the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) contains DEIA-related questions. The FEVS is administered by the Office of Personnel Management, and in accordance with 5 C.F.R. § 250.303 agencies are required to make the results of its annual survey available to the public and post the results on its website.
