FMC Seeks Public Comments on Premier Alliance Agreement

The Federal Maritime Commission opened a 15-day comment period for members of the public to comment in response to a newly filed vessel sharing agreement between Ocean Network Express, Hyundai Merchant Marine, and Yang Ming Marine Transportation.

Notice & Request for Comment—The Federal Maritime Commission gave public notice it to the Office of Management and Budget for approval extensions, without change, of existing information collections related to marine terminal operator schedules, service contracts, non-vessel-operating common carrier service arrangements and negotiated rate agreements. The public is invited to comment on these information collections up to January 21, 2025.
