STATUS: Part of the meeting will be open to the public: held in-person at the Surface Transportation Board for public attendants and also available to view streamed live via Zoom Webinar link which will be posted at www.fmc.gov prior to the event. The rest of the meeting will be closed to the public.
The hearing will be held on September 21, 2022, beginning at 1:00 p.m., in the Hearing Room of the Surface Transportation Board’s headquarters building and will be open for public observation. The hearing will be available for viewing via a Zoom Webinar link which will be posted at www.fmc.gov prior to the event. Any person wishing to attend the meeting should report to STB headquarters with enough time to clear security procedures.
